The short answer? Absolutely. As a matter of fact, there is arguably more data that supports the notion that reincarnation (or some form of ONE soul…many bodies) is real than many widely accepted scientific “facts” we all believe to be true.

For example, there are countless cases of young children who have described lives in incredible detail that they would have had NO way of knowing…including, often how their past personality “died”.

Many of these children have spontaneously spoken the languages of their former lives (called “xenoglossy”), have remembered specific people, places and things they’ve never been exposed to, played musical instruments fluently and even have had physical DEFORMITIES that corresponded to the “death” they claim to have experienced in these earlier incarnations. (i.e. – birthmarks, scars and other abnormalities)

As a matter of fact, the brilliant researcher at the University of Virginia, Dr. Ian Stevenson wrote a series of books on these bizarre phenomena, including the famous “20 cases suggestive of reincarnation” which was later excerpted the New England Journal or Medicine!

Okay…Enough science stuff! What About ways I can Prove to MYSELF I’ve Lived a Past Life?

Good question! There are lots of great techniques for exploring your past lives…and I’ve tried just about all of them! One of the more popular, and effective (but very expensive) is past life regression therapy….and many well known pioneers in past life recall do this in an office setting. (Dr. Brian Weiss, the frequent guest on TV talk shows like Oprah and Larry King, popularized this process in his book – “Many Lives, Many Masters”. I’ve done this myself…and while it’s really very cool, it can be expensive, and you can need multiple sessions to get great results. (and often need to try multiple therapists…which can be trying!)

The Best Way?

My favorite technique is simply seeing, or calling a psychic service or individual intuitive.

Often, a super sensitive is able to INSTANTLY glean information from past lives you’ve lived, or experienced…and this can be shockingly effective for opening up a wide window into the wonderful world of the magic…and mystery of your TRUE spiritual journey. I prefer this method simply because it’s safe, easy and can be done inexpensively from home! (and if doesn’t work the first time you can always have follow up sessions pretty cheaply that will)

The bottom line?

Past lives are an amazingly interesting foray into the authentic experience of what it truly means to be human…and a little bit of insight into where we MAY be going. (and where we may have come from to boot!)
